These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UtsavVerse mobile application (the "App") provided by VAMXM Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using UtsavVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About UtsavVerse

UtsavVerse is a virtual cultural experience that allows users to explore digitally recreated Durga Puja pandals, festive environments, Maa Durga, cultural traditions, and other immersive experiences.

The App is intended to provide users with a digital and virtual representation of cultural and festive experiences.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UtsavVerse, you confirm that:

• You agree to comply with these Terms.
• You will use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You will not use the App in a manner that may harm the App, its users, or its services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

5. Virtual and Cultural Content

UtsavVerse may contain digitally created or recreated representations of:

• Durga Puja pandals
• Maa Durga and other cultural or religious elements
• Festive decorations and environments
• Cultural traditions and celebrations
• Historical, artistic, or community-inspired content

The content is provided for virtual, educational, cultural, artistic, and entertainment purposes.

Digital representations within the App may not exactly reproduce any real-world location, pandal, event, artwork, tradition, or cultural experience.

All content available within UtsavVerse, including but not limited to:

• App design and interface
• Logos and branding
• Text
• Graphics
• Illustrations
• 3D models
• Digital environments
• Animations
• Audio and visual materials
• Software and source code
• Other original content

is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise made available to VAMXM Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit any App content without prior written permission from VAMXM Technologies or the applicable rights holder.

7. User-Generated Content

If UtsavVerse introduces features that allow users to submit, upload, or share content in the future, additional terms may apply to such content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, users remain responsible for ensuring that any content they submit does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

VAMXM Technologies reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

UtsavVerse may use or provide access to third-party services, platforms, content, or links.

Third-party services are operated independently by their respective providers. VAMXM Technologies does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Availability of the App

We aim to keep UtsavVerse available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available.
• The App will operate without interruptions or errors.
• All features will always be available.
• The App will be compatible with every device or operating system.
• Content will always remain unchanged or available.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice where permitted by applicable law.

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, security updates, or new features from time to time.

You may need to install updates to continue using certain features of the App.

UtsavVerse is a virtual cultural experience and should not be considered a substitute for attending or participating in real-world cultural or religious events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VAMXM Technologies and its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, or service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, UtsavVerse.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss resulting from interruptions, technical issues, device compatibility problems, or reliance on information or content available through the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to UtsavVerse if we reasonably believe that a user has:

• Violated these Terms.
• Misused the App.
• Attempted to compromise the security of the App.
• Engaged in unlawful or harmful activity.

As UtsavVerse currently does not require users to create accounts, termination may primarily involve restricting access to the App or specific features.
